Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what you send us in the contact form, we use it to answer you, and we do not sell it or feed it to anyone else.
1. Who we are
INFRABROWN CLOUD SOLUTIONS LLC ("InfraBrown", "we", "us") operates infrabrown.com. Our registered address is 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. For anything relating to privacy, write to support@infrabrown.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, and — if you choose to provide them — your phone number, company name, budget range, the package you are interested in, and the content of your message. We ask for a consent tick before that message is sent.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard web-server logs: IP address, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer and user-agent string. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting and are retained by the provider on their standard rotation. We attach the submitting IP address to contact-form emails as an anti-abuse measure.
What we do not collect
This site runs no third-party analytics, no advertising pixels, no social widgets, no fingerprinting and no cross-site trackers. No data is sent to a third-party service when you browse these pages.
3. Cookies
We set one strictly necessary cookie, ibsess, which holds a PHP session
identifier used to protect the contact form against cross-site request forgery and abuse.
It contains no personal information, expires when you close your browser, and is not used
for tracking. Your colour-theme preference is stored in your browser's local storage and
never leaves your device. Because we set no optional cookies, there is no consent banner.
4. Why we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal — this is the only reason we ask for it.
- To perform a contract with you, if you become a client.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
- To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not send marketing email. There is no mailing list to unsubscribe from, and we will not add you to one.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. It is disclosed only to:
- Our hosting and email providers, who process it on our instructions in order to serve this site and deliver mail.
- Professional advisers (accountants, lawyers) where necessary and under a duty of confidentiality.
- Authorities, where we are legally compelled to disclose.
Client project data encountered during an engagement is governed by the confidentiality clause of the engagement agreement, not by this policy. We do not use client material to train models, and we do not retain copies of client data after handover unless the engagement agreement says otherwise.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become projects: deleted within 24 months.
- Client records: retained for the duration of the engagement and for seven years afterwards, as required for tax and contractual records.
- Server logs: retained on the hosting provider's standard rotation, typically no more than 90 days.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, provide a copy, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. You may also withdraw consent at any time. If you are a resident of a US state with a consumer privacy statute (such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah or Virginia), those rights include the right to know, delete, correct and opt out of sale or targeted advertising — noting that we do neither. If the GDPR applies to you, you additionally have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Email support@infrabrown.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS and a strict Content Security Policy. The contact form is protected by CSRF tokens, rate limiting and bot traps. Access to enquiry mail is limited to staff who need it and protected by multi-factor authentication. No system is perfect; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and any required authority without undue delay.
9. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed there.
10. Children
Our services are sold to adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
When this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least 30 days.
